For those of you not on the Woodcraft mailing list, this month's Wood of the Month is Sapele.
Today, I dug through a whole pallet of the stuff...mostly all beautiful 1/4 sawn and ribbon figure. There happened to be some pomelle figure mixed in too...and in wide boards. I got a 15" wide board! If you live near a Woodcraft, go check out their supply.
